I had so much fun at this shoot. We spent about about an hour in this old historic district of Orange County just walking around and shooting. I adore this location, it’s filled with such character and amazing texture. Between the train tracks, the old houses, fountains, and tin buildings it’s full of charisma.
These “Trash the Dress” sessions are quickly becoming a favorite of mine. A lot of people have been asking me just what a “Trash the Dress” shoot is all about. {It’s also sometimes known as “the day after” session.}
This is a fun session for couples to do *after* their wedding day. It’s just a really nice way to let loose and relax after you have already done the big wedding day. As a wife, I know just how much time and emotion women put into finding their “perfect dress” for their big day. We tend to worry about making sure the dress doesn't get dirty before or at the wedding. Then time passes and before we know it we have a beautiful dress that’s just waiting to get cleaned, boxed, and stored away. This is just a delicious way to wear that dress one more time before it gets put away.
What a fabulous way to have some fun with your hubby and get some creative unique photographs out of it too!
